Shipping
Orders are processed after payment confirmation or COD acceptance. Display estimated dispatch and delivery timelines at launch and notify customers of material delays. Shipping fees are shown before the order is placed. Delivery availability depends on serviceable PIN codes.
Returns, cancellations & refunds
For hygiene and safety, opened personal-care products may not be returnable unless damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise returnable under applicable law. Customers should contact care@CHANGE_ME.example.com with the order number and clear photographs within the published return window. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Privacy
Ayursmira uses customer information to process orders, provide support, prevent misuse, comply with law and improve the store. Payment credentials are collected by the configured payment provider and are not stored in this application. Access to customer and order information is restricted to authenticated administrators. Define retention, cookie, data-rights and grievance-officer details before launch.
Terms
Product descriptions are informational and must be read with the approved product label. Personal-care products are not presented as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Prices, stock and serviceability are verified when an order is placed. Ayursmira may cancel and refund orders affected by stock, pricing, payment or compliance errors. Indian law and the consumer's non-waivable statutory rights apply.
